Safety approach

Trust starts before the engine does.

HireDriverJi is being designed around responsible driver onboarding, clear trip information and an accessible support path. We will publish exact operational checks as they are finalised.

Safety architecture

Four layers designed to work together.

No platform can promise a risk-free trip. A responsible experience combines onboarding, information, product tools and support.

01

Document checks

The onboarding model includes review of driving licence, identity and required records.

Final checks and feature availability will be documented before launch.
02

Skill assessment

Driving behaviour, road awareness and service etiquette form part of the planned assessment.

Final checks and feature availability will be documented before launch.
03

Trip visibility

Planned booking and route information is designed to keep each journey easier to follow.

Final checks and feature availability will be documented before launch.
04

Human support

A clear support path is planned for before, during and after a booking.

Final checks and feature availability will be documented before launch.
Shared responsibility

Good journeys need clear roles and respectful choices.

Responsibilities depend on the service selected. HireDriverJi’s vehicle arrangements apply when the booking includes a vehicle; customers remain responsible for a vehicle they provide in a clearly labelled driver-only booking. Customers must give lawful instructions, and driver partners are expected to follow road rules, service standards and the confirmed trip scope.

Check the driver and, where included, assigned vehicle details before starting.

For a driver-only booking, keep the vehicle you provide registered, insured, roadworthy and appropriately fuelled or charged.

For a vehicle-and-driver booking, use the assigned vehicle as intended and report any condition or safety concern before departure.

Never ask a driver to speed, drive unsafely or break the law.

Keep valuables with you and avoid sharing account credentials or OTPs.

For immediate danger in India, move to safety and call 112.

Privacy by purpose

Collect and use only the information needed for the product, safety and legal obligations.

Useful trip context

Present booking and route details in a way that helps customers and support understand the journey.

Respect on both sides

Clear conduct expectations are intended to protect customers and driver partners alike.

HireDriverJi support is not an emergency service.

If anyone is in immediate danger in India, call the unified emergency number 112, then contact platform support about the booking.
